Gus Kapolka

Gus Kapolka started at MHS in 2004. For the previous five years he taught English and Social Studies at Boyne City High School. Originally from Warren MI, Mr.Kapolka graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BS in history in 1995. He also received a BS in English in 1998. Mr.Kapolka began his career in education at Warren Lincoln High School, where he substitute taught, student taught, and coached three sports before moving to Boyne City in 1999. Outside of being the Head Varsity Football Coach, Mr.Kapolka enjoys the outdoors, golfing, and reading.
