Hello 2010 Senior Parents,

The Grad Bash Committee has heard that some parents cannot get involved in Grad Bash as far as attending the regular planning meetings. However, if you would like to help out in some other way, we could use some help behind the scenes as time gets closer to the event. Help will be needed locally, here at the school, as well as a few more volunteers at the actual venue. We really could use the extra help. If this sounds like something you could do, below is a list of contact names and numbers. If you’d like to be put on the list when something comes up (especially closer to Grad Bash night), we’ll contact you to see if your available. Thanks in advance for helping support the Grad Bash event.

The next Grad Bash parent Meeting is Tuesday, March 9th, 2010, at 7 p.m. in the library , and there are still candy bars available to sell.
      

 Bake Sale Minimize
Hello 2010 Seniors Parents,

Did you know the more your senior participates in Grad Bash fundraising events the better chance he/she has in winning some awesome prizes at Grad Bash? We’re trying to get the word out to the seniors but maybe you could remind them to get involved and participate to win some cool stuff!! Up and coming fundraisers are a bottle drive, bake sale/raffle, scrapbooking event, bunco, candy bar sales, hungry tummy subs. We are open to any fund raising idea’s that you may have, so please try and make it to the parent meeting and give us your ideas and input.

We need bake goods and workers for the following Bake Sale/Raffle home basketball game

You may drop them off between 5:30 and 6:00 in the commons area, if no one is there setting up you may leave it with Esther, please remember to put a sticky note on your bake goods telling which student dropped it off, because if we don’t know who left it we can’t give them credit for participation.
